What We Are About
Everyone loves dessert, its just a fact. Unfortunately in society today everyone seems to have some sort of allergy. The most common allergens are those which are used in many desserts. Peanuts, Tree nuts, Wheat, Dairy and Eggs are what most bakers use in a bakery. This issue is becoming apparent today because people are being diagnosed with allergies at all ages now. Not only is it difficult to find allergy friendly bakeries but finding dessert at supermarkets either contain the allergens or the label says may contain.
However there is hope, my goal is to start something simple-like baking and decorating cupcakes- to inform others on allergies and hopefully providing recipes for those with severe allergies. |
Why Cupcakes?
I chose cupcakes to bake because they are a fan favorite. They're easy, fun and happy. I wanted to make cupcakes because at bakeries they contain the most common allergies.

For ingredients I am focusing on having safe options for allergies. Having recipes that are simple so they can be formed to accommodate other food allergies.
